60-Day Free Returns


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lumis. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Free Return Shipping


All return shipping expenses, including any customs-related fees, are fully covered by us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Refund Processing


Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original, unopened packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Returned within 60 days of the delivery date

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@homeworldhub.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
